CENA DE LAS JORNADAS / CONFERENCE DINNER

La cena de las jornadas (35 euros –IVA incluido– por persona) tendrá lugar el viernes 18 por la noche en el restaurante ‘Sabores’ del Marla Center. Se encuentra a escasa distancia a pie de los hoteles recomendados para las jornadas.

Quienes deseen asistir a la cena deben escribir un e-mail a pcoloma@ucam.edu or jmvillar@ucam.edu antes del 10 de enero. Al ser un restaurante bastante solicitado, el comité organizador realizará la reserva el 11 de enero. El pago se realizará directamente en el restaurante.

El menú incluye los siguientes platos:

Aceitunas y Chips
Pan Tostado con Tomate y Alioli Suave
Embutidos Ibéricos y Queso
Ensalada de Queso Fresco, Membrillo y Frutos Secos
Huevos de Corral, Patatas y Jamón Ibérico
Medallón de Mouse de Foie y Kikos

Meloso de Ibérico con Vinagreta de Miel y Olivas

Pastel de Chocolate Blanco y Naranja

También se incluye agua, refrescos, cervezas, vino blanco (Rueda), vino tinto (Rioja o Ribera del Duero) y café/té.

Parking gratuito disponible para todos los participantes.

The conference dinner (35 euros –VAT included– per person) will be held on Friday evening at ‘Sabores’ Restaurant, in Marla Center. This restaurant is within walking distance of the hotels recommended for the conference.

Marla Center Restaurant (Murcia)

Participants willing to attend the conference dinner should send a message to pcoloma@ucam.edu or jmvillar@ucam.edu by January the 10th. Given the fact that this restaurant usually is in high demand, the organizing committee will proceed to make a reservation on January the 11th. The payment will be made directly at the restaurant.

The set menu consists of:

Olives and crisps
Toasts with tomato and a soft garlic mayonnaise
Selection of cheese and Iberian cured meats
Green salad with quince jelly, fresh cheese and nuts
Fried eggs with potatoes and Iberian ham
Foie mousse medallion with crispy roasted corn

Gilthead bream ‘Bilbaina style’ –i.e. seasoned with paprika, garlic, a little chili pepper and a soft touch of vinegar.

Iberian pork blade with honey and olive vinaigrette

White chocolate and orange cake

The aforementioned price also includes water, soft drinks, beer, Rueda white wine, Rioja /Ribera del Duero red wine, and coffee / tea.

Free parking is also available for all participants attending this dinner.
